264 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the action, if any, the gardaí are taking regarding the parking of trucks and trailers along the North Circular Road, Dublin 1 alongside O'Connell's School, Dublin 1 which is hazardous particularly at night time. [6117/98]
The matter raised by the Deputy has been brought to the attention of the Garda authorities.
They have informed me that no complaints have been received regarding parking trucks and trailers in the area referred to by the Deputy. However, two trailer vehicles were recently impounded which were found to be illegally parked in that area.
I have been assured that the area will continue to receive attention from the local Garda.
