I propose to take Questions Nos. 11, 19, 23, 39, 51 and 85 together.

Arising out of the negotiations leading to Partnership 2000, a high level group which was representative of Departments, the social partners and the industrial promotion agencies was established to consider proposals for dispute resolution in relation to the issue of trade union recognition. That group submitted a report to me as it was required to do under paragraph 9.22 of Partnership 2000. The social partners have indicated that they would like discussion of the matter to continue and it has been decided that the parties will work together to finalise their report. In that context, the dispute at Ryanair and the report of the inquiry team into that dispute will provide further material for reflection on the topic. As I have stated in reply to a separate question, that dispute is sensitive and complex and I do not consider it appropriate to impose time deadlines on the work of the inquiry team.
