226 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will have the transfer of a portion of allocated bog (details supplied) immediately processed in view of the fact that the relevant documentation has been lodged; if he will resolve the issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of any application currently pending on this folio in the Land Registry. However, it appears from the correspondence supplied by the Deputy that an application has been made to the Land Commission office in Sligo. As the Land Commission is under the aegis of the Department of Agriculture, and Food it may be more appropriate to make further inquiries with that Department.
