I move:
That it be an instruction to the Select Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in the case of the Merchant Shipping (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill, 1997, that it has powers to amend the Merchant Shipping (Commissioners of Irish Lights) Act, 1997, to grant borrowing powers to the Commissioner and to amend the long title of the Bill accordingly.
