Ceist:81 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will sanction funding to a counselling centre (details supplied) in County Cork, which provides a top quality service and where the demand for the service is growing annually, for the provision of two full-time and two part-time counsellors so that they can offer an ongoing service without the interminable delay that currently operates; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
