143 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Education and Science the guidelines, if any, his Department has on the erection of communication masts in close proximity to national schools; and if he has satisfied himself with those regulations. [14586/98]

The erection of communication masts is a matter subject to normal planning regulations which are administered by the relevant local authority.
