141 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the number of claims for personal injuries made against his Department between 1990 and 1997; the number of these claims in respect of which compensation was paid; and the total amount paid for each of these years. [18186/98]
Ten claims for personal injuries have been settled and one is still outstanding. The table below sets out the number of claims settled and the total cost for each year:—
