106 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will provide the necessary finance to allow the Dirha East sewerage scheme, Listowel, County Kerry, to commence in view of the fact that it went to tender in 1987; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage services investment programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to provide funding for this scheme.
