Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will provide South Dublin County Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council with the funding necessary to complete the green route - Grange Road and Taylors Lane - in order to minimise traffic congestion and to avoid the traffic chaos in the Knocklyon area being reproduced across south Dublin as the southern cross route construction progresses.
