Written Answers. - Museum Projects.
I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 255 of 6 May 1998 regarding the proposed National Museum of Ireland folklife facility at Turlough Park House, Castlebar. I understand that the planning authority has recently issued a notification of decision to grant planning permission for the project. Detailed design planning is continuing with a view to seeking tenders for the project by year end, with work to commence in early 1999, provided final planning approval is obtained.
