The representations referred to, which were replied to on 15 October 1998, were originally sent to my colleague, Deputy Cullen, Minister of State with responsibility for the Office of Public Works, who acknowledged their receipt before referring the matter to me. In an interim reply on 21 September my office advised the Deputy that the matter was under consideration.
