679 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Education and Science the reasons for the delay in processing an application for urgent extension works on a school (details supplied) in Dublin 9; if he will undertake to expedite this matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21286/98]
An application for an extension and internal modifications to the school in question has been received in my Department and the project is proceeding through the architectural planning process. The school's design team for the project is currently working on stage 2 (outline sketch scheme) of my Department's design team procedure.
