90 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if her attention has been drawn to the difficulties that persons (details supplied) are encountering under Partnership 2000; the steps, if any, in place to enable pensioners to obtain their legitimate right; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my replies to Questions Nos. 130 of 4 November, 1998 and 124 of 10 November 1998. By way of update, I have been informed by Telecom Éireann that arrangements are in hand to give effect to the Partnership 2000 increase and this will be reflected in the payment to the company's pensioners on Thursday 26 November.
