101 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will re-examine an application by the Light of Christ national school, Dunmore East, County Waterford, for the provision of a general purposes room in view of the fact that all existing accommodation is taken up with classroom space; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Education and Science (Mr. Martin):

The manager of Light of Christ national school recently advised my Department that she intends to submit an updated application for funding for a general purpose room. On receipt of this application, my Department will be in touch with the school.
