I propose to take Questions Nos. 159, 162 and 164 together.
It is proposed to offer Devoy Barracks, Naas for sale by public tender as soon as possible. In the circumstances the Deputy will appreciate that it would not be appropriate to furnish details of any estimated valuation of the property. Security costs since the barracks was evacuated by the Defence Forces amount to about £24,000. No other ancillary costs have been incurred.
