I presume that the plan to which the Deputy refers is the strategic plan whereby An Post is implementing the recommendations of the Price Waterhouse report on the company.
The implementation of the plan is essentially a matter for the board and management of An Post, in consultation with employees' representatives. While I have had no formal discussions with the company in that regard, I have asked An Post to undertake such consultation and implementation in a spirit of partnership.
