The third annual premium in respect of the plantation was paid in February 1998. The fourth premium will fall due in February 1999.
Ownership of the plantation changed since payment of the third premium in February 1998 and the new owner has now to be assessed for farmer rate of premium. My Department is awaiting a response to correspondence on these lines sent to the new owner's solicitors in June 1998.
