235 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if, in relation to lands, properties, stocks or other valuables disposed by her Department since coming into office, she will outline to whom these were disposed and whether by tender, sale or other means; and if she will make a statement on the matter. One transaction for the sale to the sitting tenant of a staff residence to a staff member of the Aviation Marine Communications Service based on Valentia Island was completed since I came to office. The sale was negotiated privately and all the main details were settled prior to my time as Minister.
