342 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will review the position regarding school transport services for a person (details supplied) who attends Scoil Dara, Kilcock, County Kildare, with particular reference to enabling her to utilise the school bus transport which passes by her door; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has only recently received the relevant details of the pupils in question. The matter is being investigated and the Deputy will be informed of the outcome in due course.
