Ceist:149 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when work will commence on the renovation of Ballybunion Garda station, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4572/99]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the Office of Public Works has been asked to report on the works required at Ballybunion Garda station. When this report is to hand the matter will be considered further having regard to overall priorities and the availability of finance.
