94 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will list all gifts received by successive Ministers for Foreign Affairs since the 1987 general election; the names of the office holders; the description and esti mated value of each of these gifts; and the gifts retained by the office holder. The Department of Foreign Affairs has no record of gifts received by previous Ministers for Foreign Affairs. Gifts which I have received since coming to office have been of a minor or symbolic nature and not of a value covered by the Ethics in Public Office Act, 1995. I have kept no record of them.
