Ceist:117 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 834 of 27 January 1999, a licence to sell alcohol has been granted to the premises; and, if so, the basis on which it was granted in view of the past history of the premises when it had been found necessary to withdraw a previous licence and in view of the very large number of underage persons who frequent this building.
