221 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he has received an application for installation aid from a person (details supplied) in County Offaly; if so, if this application will be granted; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4815/99]

The application has been received in my Department but payment cannot be made until a current tax clearance certificate has been submitted by the applicant.
