262 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his Department will grant temporary allocation of quota under the animal disease flexi milk allocations 1998 to 1999 for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [5309/99]
An application from the person named for a temporary allocation of additional quota under the restricted herds reserve was considered by the milk quota appeals tribunal at its meeting on 15 December 1998 and a temporary allocation was made.
The person named has been notified of the outcome of his application.
