81 Mr. McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the benefit, if any, to the employees of a company (details supplied) in County Kilkenny which went into voluntary liquidation in 1998; if the matter was settled to the satisfaction of the employees; and if she will make a statement on the matter. All of the applications from former employees of the company received in my Department in relation to statutory entitlements under the Protection of Employees (Employers' Insolvency) Acts, 1984-1991 and the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967-1991 have been paid.
