118 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position regarding the transfer of traffic wardens in Dublin from his Department to Dublin Corporation in view of the wardens concern regarding their future employment, wages and conditions. [6523/99]

I refer the Deputy to my replies of 2 and 3 March 1999 to Questions Nos. 148 and 324 respectively, which set out the current position in relation to the transfer of the traffic warden service in the Dublin metropolitan area to Dublin Corporation.
