362 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he is liaising with the Department of the Environment and Local Government on the question of security of tenure; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7068/99]
Both the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and the Department of the Environment and Local Government have a mutual interest in landlord and tenant issues. As a matter of course, there is ongoing liaison in relation to these issues, which includes security of tenure.
