163 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has satisfied himself that any files relating to the passports for investment scheme in his Department between 1988 and 1994 are still available; if not, their current location; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As far as I am aware, all files related to the applications by individuals under the investment-based scheme are available.

As I have already informed the Deputy on several occasions recently, files related to the natu ralisation of 128 persons under the scheme, as well as four policy files, have been forwarded to the Moriarty tribunal.
