96 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the case of a person (details supplied) in County Dublin; and the solution he will offer to ensure orthodontic work is carried out without further delay in view of the long number of years spent on a waiting list. As the provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in the Dublin area is the statutory responsibility of the Eastern Health Board I have asked the chief executive officer of the board to examine the case of the person named by the Deputy and to respond to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
