Ceist:189 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 442 of 23 March 1999 in relation to battery assisted pedals cycles he will reconsider his reply in view of the fact he referred to tricycles when the question was referring to bicycles; and his views on battery assisted bicycles coming on the market.
