With regard to the income from court imposed fines these statistics comprise all road traffic fines imposed (generated by both the traffic wardens and the Garda) following a court hearing, including fines in relation to parking and no tax displayed offences. They are not compiled in such a way as to distinguish between parking fines and fines for no tax displayed and other road traffic fines as requested by the Deputy.
