79 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources when an afforestation grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Meath; if he will ensure that these moneys are paid at the same time each year so that applicants can keep to their financial commitments; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The premium payment for the person in question has been approved and a payable order will issue at an early date. The introduction of a new computerised system will ensure that subsequent premiums will be paid in the early months of each year.
