I wish to advise the House that one Deputy has submitted a matter under Standing Order 21. The following matter, raised by Deputy McGinley, has been selected for discussion: the consequence for the Irish fishing industry if EU Commission proposals to introduce a blue whiting quota of 14,000 tonnes per annum is implemented.
