No. Some time ago, the company refused my request under section 21 of the Companies Act, 1990, to publish the report, and I am not, therefore, able to do so. I have, however, used my section 21 powers to refer a copy of the report for consideration to the DPP, the Minister for Finance, certain authorised officers of the Minister in the Revenue Commissioners and Mr. Gerard Ryan, the authorised officer to Dunnes Stores Ireland Company and Dunnes (ILAC Centre) Limited.
