Ceist:184 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when the details will be available for the refurbishment project at St. Finian's Park, Drogheda, under the remedial works scheme as announced on 27 May 1999; if he will ensure that officials from his Department will meet the tenants' association either separately or in conjunction with officials from Drogheda Corporation to ensure maximum consultation with the residents in the area; his view on whether this consultation should take place without delay and before any definite specification of the necessary works is completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
