239 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 349 of 15 June 1999, he will ensure that County Sligo is on the voluntary transfer which was lodged (details supplied) in view of the fact an incorrect county was recorded; if he will ensure that the corrections are recorded; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Further to my reply to Parliamentary Question 349 of 15 June 1999 in relation to this matter, I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that County Sligo is recorded on the voluntary deed of transfer which was completed on 12 May 1998.
240 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a folio number will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick in view of the fact purchasers wish to draw up a new deed of trust. [16506/99]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this property cannot be fully identified on the basis of the information supplied.
If the Deputy could let me have the names of the parties involved, and a copy map of the land in question, together with an up to date Land Commission reference number and any other relevant information he may have at his disposal, I will be in a position to make further inquiries in the matter.
