Written Answers. - Home-School Liaison Scheme.
From the commencement of the current school year, the home/school/community liaison service has been extended to all first and second-level schools which had disadvantaged area status. As the school in question does not have disadvantaged area status, it has not been included in this extension of the service.
However, I can assure the Deputy that the needs of the school to which he refers will be fully considered in the event of any further expansion of the home/school/community liaison scheme being undertaken.
