Written Answers. - Liquor Licensing Laws.
The Intoxicating Liquor Bill, 1999, which is before the House deals with licensed hours on the eve of the millennium. It provides that licensed premises and registered clubs will be permitted to remain open for the sale of intoxicating liquor, for consumption on the premises only, from 10.30 in the morning of 31 December 1999 to 8.30 in the morning of 1 January 2000.
