Written Answers. - Milk Quota Audit.
An audit on the closure of accounts for the milk quota years 1996, 1997 and 1998 was carried out by EU Commission auditors in September 1999 during which they examined many aspects of the operation of the milk quota regime including the temporary leasing scheme.
