301 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Finance if his attention has been drawn to the pre budget submission sent to him requesting an implementation for an independent living fund; if his attention has further been drawn to the potential for job creation for pure personal assistance and total independence to the leaders; if he will ensure that this fund is put in place; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
