397 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 293 of 15 December 1998, the action, if any, taken in the interim to ensure the safety and welfare of the person involved (details supplied); the future care being put in place; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been advised by the health board that, following a court order, the person involved has been taken into the care of the board with effect from the 15 October 1999.
