506 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands when a decision will be made in relation to a land sale (details supplied) in County Kildare in view of the fact the long delay has caused major problems for the families involved; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Waterways, which forms part of Dúchas, the heritage service of my Department, is currently awaiting a valuer's report so that a letter containing the principal terms and conditions may be issued to the solicitors acting for the families concerned, following consultation with the Chief State Solicitor. The valuer has been asked to expedite his report.
