181 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if the difficulties with the commonage lands of a person (details supplied) will be resolved; if all area aid problems will be resolved; when 1999 cattle headage and suckler cow payments will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The 1999 area aid application of the person named has now been fully processed. Any payments due will issue as soon as possible.
182 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive payment in respect of the REP scheme and installation aid. [22561/99]
The applicant lodged his application for the rural environment protection scheme with the farm development office in Mallow on 26 October 1999. The documentation supplied was incomplete and has been returned to the applicant for completion.
An application was also received from this person under the scheme of installation aid. However, on examination, the documentation accompanying the application was found to be incomplete and the application was returned to his planner on 29 October 1999.
