Ceist:304 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if the local government audit service has made a surcharge against any person in the years 1992 to 1998; and, if so, if he will provide copies of any certificates of disallowance and surcharge or certificates of charge issued by or on the instructions of the service.
