356 Ms Cooper-Flynn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be refunded the costs of rectifying an error made by the Land Registry in 1906 which only came in light in 1993. [22293/99]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the Land Registry has acknowledged an error in this instance and they are writing to the person named by the Deputy and his solicitor with a view to an early resolution of the matter.
