396 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in relation to the proposed second level school at Kilcoole, County Wicklow; the timeframe within which this school will go to tender; the start-up date for construction; the completion date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The appointment of a design team to plan the new community college in Kilcoole, County Wicklow is currently being addressed by County Wicklow vocational education committee.
An advertisement was placed in the EU journal in this regard and officials in my Department's planning and building unit are currently awaiting the submission from County Wicklow vocational education committee in relation to the results of the competition.
