67 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the action, if any, he has taken or intends to take arising from his Department's investigation into the circumstances of the seizure at the AIBP plant, Nenagh, of a consignment of cattle believed to have been imported from the United Kingdom in contravention of EU veterinary legislation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Following a referral by my Department this matter was the subject of an extensive Garda investigation. I understand that a file has now been forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions for directions.
