The relevant files in my Department, covering the period December 1991, when the agency agreement with the Insurance Corporation of Ireland for the operation of the State export credit insurance scheme was terminated, to the current date, have been examined and no records pertaining to transactions with Emirates Bank of Dubai are contained therein.
