113 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if, further to previous correspondence regarding an application under the REP scheme for a person (details supplied), he will offer a full response. [23128/99]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh):

This case involves a request for a refund of expenditure incurred by a REPS applicant in having an agri-environmental plan drawn up by Teagasc. This is an issue between the person concerned and Teagasc and I have no function in the matter.
