387 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Education and Science the progress made in providing a primary school in the area of Littlepace, Castaheny, Dublin 15, by September 2000; if a site has been acquired for the school; and the timescale for building it. [23349/99]

Minister for Education and Science (Mr. Martin):

My Department is currently negotiating the acquisition of a site for the provision of a school at Littlepace, Castaheany, Dublin 15. Documentation is also being prepared in my Department for the appointment of a consultant design team for the proposed project.
